The Student media Team met with Doug from the Clontarf Foundation when he came out to meet some of our ATSIC students and asked him a few questions.
HGPS: “What do you do at the Clontarf Academy?
Doug: “Help people go through to Year 12 at school.”
HGPS: “How long has the Foundation been around?”
Doug: “Since 2000”
HGPS “What is the Clontarf Foundation? And how do you help Aboriginal people?”
Doug: “We help kids from year 7 get through school by keeping kids fit and letting them have fun. We take them camping, they play ping pong and let the boys feel good about themselves.”
